About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Grade 8 Social Worker to join our Mental Health Services for Older People team at Cardiff Council. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your understanding of mental ill health while working collaboratively with health colleagues. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with citizens, families, and carers to ensure they are safe and live well in their communities. This will involve adopting a strengths-based approach and striving to achieve personal outcomes for individuals. The ability to speak other languages, particularly Welsh and Community Languages, would be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £42,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and qualifications required.
