Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to join our team in London. As a key member of our Ship Management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all scheduled and non-scheduled activities for normal maintenance, major maintenance, breakdown repairs, overhauls and modifications on assigned vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan detailed schedules and requirements based on vessels dry-docking due dates and draft specifications.
  • Schedule and unscheduled maintenance repairs.
  • Develop vessel budgets and oversee operating and dry dock expenditure.
  • Ensure timely analysis of monthly financial reports.
  • Drive improvement in vessel purchase and parts supply activities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Technical Superintendent or similar role handling Oil Tankers.
  • Industry-related degree.
  • Sailing experience as a Chief Engineer on-board Oil Tankers vessels.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills.
