The Vice President, Business Development and Partnerships will play a key role in driving the company's business development and strategic partnerships. This position will focus on identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements that fit within the company's strategy and goals.
  • Work closely with the Chief Business Officer and other stakeholders to develop and execute business development plans.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry experts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for the company to stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**

  • At least 12-15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • PhD or MBA in a related field.
  • Experience working in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
