**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements that fit within the company's strategy and goals.
- Work closely with the Chief Business Officer and other stakeholders to develop and execute business development plans.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry experts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for the company to stay ahead of the curve.
**Requirements**
- At least 12-15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- PhD or MBA in a related field.
- Experience working in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
