The Work Shop is seeking a skilled Internal Sales Executive to join their team. As an Internal Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively working with named customers to continually grow the accounts and provide first-class customer service. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer enquiries and requests, proactive work as part of the Inside Sales team, and working with Customer Support teams to aid the development of business opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating quotes on behalf of customers and proactively following up. This role would suit someone with at least 3 years internal sales experience, dealing directly with customers. You must be well-organized and commercially minded, possessing excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of up to £33k plus bonus and a range of benefits, including an EAP scheme, growth sharing bonus scheme, company sick pay, free onsite parking, and free lunch every Friday.
