Sales Professional

We are seeking a charismatic and determined Sales Specialist to join our team in the Poole area in a full-time, permanent capacity.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our range of offerings and customer base, targeting existing customers by introducing them to new product ranges and seeking ways to upsell current orders to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively make business-to-business (B2B) calls to introduce new product ranges and convert existing clients to regular customers.
- Actively seek new opportunities to generate and cultivate new business leads in the market.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers via emails and the telephone, ensuring their ongoing needs are catered for and exploring further opportunities for business.
- Manage the processing of sales orders and handle queries, objections, or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Consistently work towards, meet, and exceed personal and team sales targets in line with business needs.
- Maintain the company database with up-to-date lead and sales pipeline information.
The ideal candidate will have good experience within a sales role and supplementary customer service experience. They should be confident in cold calling and handling customer objections and issues, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively judge and manage working relationships with customers.
What We Offer:For the successful candidate, a starting salary of up to £35,000 will be on offer, accompanied by a rewards package including commission potential after probation, a good holiday allowance, and pension rate, alongside life insurance, employee assistance programs, and free parking at the office.
