About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management team as a Temporary Property Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our property management division, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in the clearance of paperwork and uploading onto our CRM system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Update and maintain our property management database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Organize and manage paperwork, including filing and archiving, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
