Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Altrincham, Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care environment, preferably in mental health services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
