About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support to an individual with complex needs in a domiciliary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Supporting the individual with their mobility and transfers
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Participating in the development and implementation of the individual's care plan
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness
