About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support to an individual with complex needs in their own home.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in providing person-centred care and will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support the individual with their mobility and transfers
  • Engage in activities that promote the individual's physical and emotional well-being
  • Work closely with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
