About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care to an individual with complex needs in a domiciliary setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Work closely with the client's family and other members of the care team to ensure a comprehensive and tailored support package
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with the client, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the client's care plan, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing care to individuals with complex needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field, preferably with individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts
  • Commitment to promoting and maintaining the highest standards of care and respect for the client's autonomy and dignity
