About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our client support teams, who are passionate about providing a non-discriminatory service to individuals with acquired neurological damage, brain and spinal cord injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to an individual with complex needs in a domiciliary setting.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to deliver a comprehensive client-focused service.
  • Undertake a range of duties to support the client, including personal care, activities of daily living, and promoting independence.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with the client and their family.
  • Contribute to the development of the client's care plan and participate in regular reviews.
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in providing person-centered care.
  • Previous healthcare experience working with individuals with complex needs is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness are essential attributes for this role.
