Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Objectives:

  • To achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and execution
  • To maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for growth
  • To collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure high client satisfaction
  • To drive upselling opportunities and explore revenue growth within existing client base

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Attend networking and supplier events to build relationships and identify opportunities
  • Prepare tenders, pricing proposals, contract bids, and follow up to completion
  • Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to existing clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in client meetings and presentations

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £35,000 basic, £46,000 OTE uncapped
