Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Objectives:
- To achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and execution
- To maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for growth
- To collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure high client satisfaction
- To drive upselling opportunities and explore revenue growth within existing client base
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Attend networking and supplier events to build relationships and identify opportunities
- Prepare tenders, pricing proposals, contract bids, and follow up to completion
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to existing clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in client meetings and presentations
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 basic, £46,000 OTE uncapped
