We are a privately run IT Managed Service Provider based in Oxfordshire, providing managed services to businesses and schools. With over 15 years of experience in the market, we pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and a consultative approach to support.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a company ambassador
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and present reports to demonstrate service value
  • Drive upselling opportunities and explore revenue growth within the existing client base

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and growing new business
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in client meetings and presentations
  • Strong sales acumen with a growth-focused mindset

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual salary of £41,750 (based on a 35,000 basic salary + 20% commission). Additional benefits include quarterly events, monthly lunches, and EAP for staff to access additional support services.
