Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team in the Infrastructure Division. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and defining the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, achieving high client satisfaction scores.

  • Support and define the successful delivery of the project or programme.
  • Work as part of an integrated project team that brings together people with one vision across several companies, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • E nsure a safe and collaborative working environment where people thrive.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in matrix organisations to meet client outcomes.
  • Manage and outperform against the contract (typically NEC4).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a Project Management role ideally within the transportation sector and have strong NEC3/4 knowledge.
  • Digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
  • A construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
