About the Role:

Job Summary:

  • Undertake valuations of various property types
  • Manage surplus property and client portfolios
  • Perform general estate management duties
  • Deputise for senior colleagues as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background in estates-related field
  • In-depth knowledge of valuation techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • A valid full UK driving license

Compensation Package: Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
