Social Value Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Value Manager to join our team at VINCI Building. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects related to social value delivery across our London and North region.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistency throughout the project life cycle, while also promoting social value through marketing efforts. You will work closely with our team to create social value plans, attend meetings, manage and monitor social value performance, coordinate activities, and verify data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings related to project bids and proposals.
- Assist with bid preparation and develop plans to enhance social value within projects.
- Participate in interviews related to project selection or assessment.
- Oversee the implementation of social value initiatives and track their impact.
- Set up and review client reporting, establishing reporting mechanisms and ensuring accurate data collection.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of project-related information.
- Report project progress to regional directors, providing updates on social value performance to the management team.
- Encourage suppliers and contractors to participate in social value initiatives to ensure supply chain buy-in.
- Deliver social value activities, actively contributing to social value outcomes within projects and across regions.
Requirements:
- You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and be highly competent in the MS suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Full UK driving licence.
