Customer Success Project Manager

Join our team at People Source Consulting trading as Experis and take on a challenging role as a Customer Success Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall success of our customers, ensuring that their projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital solutions and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Prince 2 Practitioner level or other project management skills/certification.
