About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Generalist Advisor to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As a Generalist Advisor, you will provide initial triage and assessments to individuals accessing our Integrated Advice service to identify their needs, complexity of the issue(s), and specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advice sessions onsite and in outreach venues such as GP surgeries, children centres, and neighbourhood hubs.
  • Provide free, impartial, and confidential assisted and generalist advice to clients on a range of issues including social welfare, housing, debt, energy advice, and money management.
  • Work across a range of contracts and support the team in its delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Gain an understanding of clients' needs and support them to access a range of services and activities both at the Centre and through local partners.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in social welfare, housing, debt, or a related field. You may have experience in roles such as Welfare Advisor, Housing Caseworker, Debt Advisor, or Money Advice Caseworker.
