We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Pin Point Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines for the company.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement health and safety strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations, and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
