About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Leader to join our team at Finegreen Executive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and leading the continuous improvement of our services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of service improvement, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and outcomes for our patients. You will work closely with our Board colleagues and the wider Group Executive team to achieve our strategic aims and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these
  • Drive cultural change and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals
