Our technology team plays a critical role in powering our business, and we're seeking a seasoned leader to drive our IT service delivery strategy.

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Director of IT Service Delivery to lead our IT service delivery functions, including Service Desk, End User Computing, and Application Support. As a key member of our Tech & Change team, you'll be responsible for ensuring service availability, managing key third-party relationships, and driving continuous improvement across all IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. IT Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee IT Service Delivery functions, including Service Desk, End User Computing, and Application Support, to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. IT Service Strategy Development: Develop and execute an IT Service Strategy aligned with business goals and ITIL best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Lead the implementation of regulatory frameworks, such as operational resilience and SOx, to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships at the Executive Board level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
  5. Innovation and Automation: Drive innovation in service/infrastructure/security through automation and AI, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  6. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Ensure robust Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery plans are in place to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
