The Job Description

You will be responsible for managing disrepair cases and refurbishment projects, addressing complex repairs, void properties, and damp and mould issues. The estimated daily rate for this position is £446 (Umbrella PAYE), reflecting the importance of your role in delivering exceptional services to residents.
