About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our LGBT+ team as a Lead Trainer. Our LGBT+ training offer has gained a great reputation over the last few years, and we are looking for someone to help us continue to develop and deliver engaging and informative sessions to a wide range of professionals and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver our LGBT+ training offer, including the Rainbow Flag Award.
  • Network and develop positive relationships with external partners, including commissioners and funders, to seek further opportunities for development of the service.
  • Work closely with the Service and Area Managers to promote and sell our training offer.
Requirements
  • An in-depth knowledge of the LGBT+ community.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage a wide audience through the delivery of informative, engaging sessions.
  • The ability to deliver training using a range of methods, including face-to-face and virtual.
  • The ability to network and establish relationships with new organisations to promote and sell our training offer.
