About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our LGBT+ training programme, developing and delivering engaging sessions for professionals and young people.

As LGBT+ Training Programme Lead, you will work closely with our team to create and implement a training offer that promotes inclusivity and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver LGBT+ training sessions for a wide range of audiences.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a comprehensive training programme.
  • Network and establish relationships with external partners to promote and sell our training offer.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £26,000 and £28,000, depending on experience.
