We are seeking a skilled Rail Engineering Training Expert to join our team at Shorterm Group.

Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch training programs that inspire and educate learners across the board.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver training materials that hit the mark on learning objectives and outcomes – think fun, informative, and engaging
  2. Monitor and update our delivery products to keep them fresh and relevant
  3. Help contribute to the standardisation of qualifications to maintain our high standards

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in rail engineering and be an expert in maintaining and enhancing the performance of rolling stock while ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability.

They will also be a natural communicator with a knack for training and assessment, and have the ability to craft engaging learning experiences for a diverse audience.

Minimum requirements include a Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, solid maths and English skills, and a full driving license.

Additional requirements include a proven track record in delivering qualifications and apprenticeship programs, and a Level 3 Training and Education or similar qualification.
