Organisational Change and People Manager

About Your Role
You will be responsible for advising on specific organisational development interventions, such as organisation restructures and change management. You will also provide and develop a high quality HR & OD service to support the corporate plan and people strategy.
- Advise on specific OD interventions, e.g. organisation restructures, change management and performance management
- Provide and develop a high quality HR & OD service to the organisation in support of the corporate plan and people strategy
- Liaise and communicate with the organisation's recognised Trade Union Representative on HR & OD issues, as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A third level qualification (for example, an HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4, Degree) or equivalent
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development
- A minimum of three years' management experience of:
- Delivery of successful OD projects and supporting organisational change
- Influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results
- Training / Learning & Development to include line management responsibility
