About Your Role

You will be responsible for advising on specific organisational development interventions, such as organisation restructures and change management. You will also provide and develop a high quality HR & OD service to support the corporate plan and people strategy.

  • Advise on specific OD interventions, e.g. organisation restructures, change management and performance management
  • Provide and develop a high quality HR & OD service to the organisation in support of the corporate plan and people strategy
  • Liaise and communicate with the organisation's recognised Trade Union Representative on HR & OD issues, as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third level qualification (for example, an HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4, Degree) or equivalent
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development
  • A minimum of three years' management experience of:
    • Delivery of successful OD projects and supporting organisational change
    • Influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results
    • Training / Learning & Development to include line management responsibility
