**Job Title: Talent & People Advisor**

**Salary: £28,000 + bonus + benefits**

**Prime Objective of Role**
- To have overall responsibility for the hiring and workforce planning functions for a busy and growing domiciliary care office.
- Complete, monitor and progress incoming recruitment enquiries to the highest of standards.
- Be creative and innovative in introducing new ideas to increase the volume and quality of applicants to the business.
- Be active across the business' social media platforms, using these as a community engagement tools.
- Be responsible for the resource planning and managing new staff pipelines.
- To ensure that all systems are regularly updated with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Take the lead on compiling Management reports and being aware of all hiring data.

**Main Job Functions**
- Provide administrative services and manage the recruitment journey for all new applicants.
- Co-ordination and administration of all interview selection and pre-employment processes.
- Maintaining and updating all electronic filing systems.
- Acting as the Data Champion for the business, ensuring that GDPR guidelines are adhered to across the business.
- Ensure that you are adhering to care industry regulations and internal Policies in all work that you undertake.
- Co-ordinate and respond to a wide range of external and internal enquiries.
- Production of regular reports, analysing and escalating any issues to the relevant Team members as appropriate.
- Complete all tasks accurately, display competency and ensure deadlines are met, and where not possible, appropriate escalation is made to Management.
- Schedule meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes as required.
- Be a key player in the management of relationships at all levels and actively promote good relationships between all parties at all times.

**Core Competencies and Attributes**.
- Strong levels of IT literacy and an ability to use a variety of business software systems to a practical level.
- Some prior experience of managing recruitment or people management.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
- Good interpersonal skills, articulate and capable of interacting with internal customers as well as having the ability to assertively deal with conflict situations.
- Exercise good judgement across all your professional relationships.
- Positive and creative outlook essential.
- Clear concise report writing and good presentation skills.
- Ensure all procedures and working practices are carried out in line with relevant Data Protection guidelines.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Problem solver who can work independently.
