Now, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco - keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

**Summary**:
We are currently recruiting a people centric and results driven Executive Assistant who will provide timely and accurate Executive Assistance to The Chief Information Office (CIO) of Sysco GB and another Director within the Sysco business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast paced and progressive company.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Extensive diary management and co-ordination for both on-site and off-site appointments and meetings across multiple time zones

Preparing and collating information for meetings and taking minutes at various meetings as and when required

Maintaining filing system and company records for the Director

Responsible for all travel arrangements and accommodation requirements in line with company T&E policy

Expenses submissions and approval for Senior Leaders

Act as main point of contact for internal and external queries

Establishing appropriate relationships and maintaining current relationships that will enhance and expand business opportunities

Reviewing and scheduling of all travel arrangements

Other Ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:
At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to Exec / Director level is a must

Advanced Microsoft Office skills in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Discreet and confidential individual

Good relationship builder and proficient stakeholder manager

Well spoken, with excellent written and presentational skills

Well organised and able to effectively prioritise

Ability to manage a varied workload

Flexibility in changing demands whilst at work

Ability to perform under pressure

Resilient and reliable

Team player and an advocate of the Company values

Prior experience supporting a CIO and working within a matrix organisation is an advantage
