About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Change Management Practitioner to join our Agile Talent Community at Grant Thornton. As a key member of our Transformation Consulting practice, you will be responsible for leading change initiatives and developing strategies to drive successful transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management initiatives and develop strategies to drive successful transformation projects
  • Collaborate with Transformation/People Consulting Directors and wider leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Support clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments
  • Develop and implement change management frameworks and processes
  • Provide strategic guidance on change-related activities, impact assessments, implementation, delivery, and communications
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Practitioner/Specialist with a track record of delivering large-scale projects/programmes
  • Excellent communication, organizational problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage communications, run briefing sessions, and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Accredited Change Management qualifications desired
  • Ability to take initiative and self-manage, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to cope with tight deadlines
