As an Interim Change Management Practitioner, you will be part of a network of contract professionals working with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis. The Transformation Consulting practice is a specialist business unit within Business Consulting, focused on providing advice and support to clients on change management. As an interim practitioner, you will lead specific change initiatives and develop and implement change management strategies for one or more clients at a time.

You will work closely with the Transformation/People Consulting Directors and wider leadership team to achieve our strategy and ambitions. You will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time, and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.
