Job Title: Interim Assistant Director of Estates

Job Summary:

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Interim Assistant Director of Estates to join our client, a prestigious public sector organisation in Central London. As a key member of the Estates and Facilities team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in the delivery of cutting-edge soft facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a vision for the soft facilities management services, driving operational and cultural change to enhance the user experience.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of exceptional delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Estates and Facilities to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering 'best-in-class' facilities management services in a comparable high-public footfall customer-facing portfolio.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Results-focused and customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
