As an Interim Change Management Practitioner, you will be part of a network of contract professionals working with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis. About the Role

The Transformation Consulting practice is a specialist business unit within Business Consulting focused on providing advice and support to clients on change management. As an Interim Change Management Practitioner, you will lead the development and implementation of change management strategies for one or more clients at a time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for clients
  • Lead change-related activities, impact assessments, implementation, delivery, and communications
  • Work with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals
  • Manage communications, run briefing sessions, and engage with stakeholders at all levels
