About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team at Grant Thornton. As an interim Change Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading change initiatives and developing and implementing change management strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale projects and programs, including business transformation, digital, operational, PMO, people and cultural, and deals.
  • Provide a strategic approach to change, develop frameworks, lead on change-related activities, impact assessments, implementation, delivery, and communications.
  • Work with multiple sectors and industries, and have experience in programme management, communication, organizational problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Manage communications, run briefing sessions, and engage with stakeholders at all levels, from C-Suite to team members.
  • Accredited change management qualifications are desired.
