Senior Mental Health Team Coordinator

As a Senior Mental Health Team Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing a high-performing team within our 24/7 mental health helpline. This dynamic role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work with vulnerable individuals, and a deep understanding of mental health services.
With a salary range of £29,640 - £32,760 per annum, this position offers a competitive remuneration package, including on-call payments. Based in Sunderland, you will be working Monday to Friday in our office, with some weekend shifts and flexible hours required.

Our helpline provides confidential emotional support, information, and referrals to local and national services, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Certificate in Counselling or equivalent
- Experience in managing a team and working with vulnerable groups
