We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our dedicated IT & Data department on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to regional offices.
About Migrant Help:
Migrant Help is a leading charity established in 1963, delivering a range of services to support migrants and asylum seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and maintenance for our IT systems and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and experience in IT support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
