Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the company strategy.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including job postings and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversseeing employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Administering employee benefits, including health insurance and bonus schemes.
  • Handling employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances.
  • Maintaining compliance with employment regulations and keeping up-to-date with changes in employment laws.
  • Developing performance management systems to monitor employee productivity and engagement.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • A thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
