About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trainee Dispenser to join our team in London. As a key member of our dispensing team, you will provide exceptional customer care and dispensing services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear advice and support to patients, ensuring they leave the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Deliver technical aspects of supplying medicines while maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Learn to tailor conversations with every customer to meet their individual needs.
  • Work towards delivering efficient dispensary operations and minimizing dispensing losses.
  • Comply with legal and professional requirements, ensuring adherence to accepted guidance on professional practice.
What You'll Need
  • A genuine passion for customer care and an ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • The capacity to understand individual patient needs and tailor your support and advice accordingly.
  • An ability to advise patients with confidence and accuracy while remaining customer-focused.
