The Pharmacy & Medicines Service team at the Western General Hospital seeks a dedicated pharmacy technician to join our team. As a Band 5 pharmacy technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines within our hospitals.
The estimated salary for this role is between £31,892 and £39,735, reflecting the importance of our pharmacy technicians' work. With opportunities to work on cutting-edge research and development projects, including Advanced Therapeutic Medicinal Products (ATMPs), this role offers a unique chance to grow professionally and contribute to our mission.
We require a pharmacy technician who holds a National Certificate in Pharmacy Services and Scottish Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a PVG Scheme membership/record are also essential.
