Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation. As a senior healthcare professional, you will provide expert advice and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the pharmacy, maintaining high standards of patient care and service.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer guidance to patients and healthcare professionals on medication management and healthcare-related matters.
  • Oversee Dispensing: Supervise the dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and Mentor Team: Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Remain current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified pharmacist with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
