Programme Manager Opportunity

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver impactful projects that improve career paths, workload, and reward systems for our staff. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management for multiple initiatives from the University's recent Pay & Conditions Review.

  • Collaborate with teams to define and deliver project goals
  • Track and manage resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all objectives are met
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, draft engagement materials, and identify potential risks
