Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in London. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to leverage their skills and expertise to drive business growth.
About the Role- This position will focus on managing top accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- You will be responsible for leading growth initiatives, from idea generation to implementation, and tracking success through regular reporting and insights.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of handling large and complex accounts, with at least 6 years of experience in sales or account management.
You should also have a strong understanding of the travel tech industry and be able to build effective relationships with clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence internal decision-makers across all functions.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding client relationships.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as company pension scheme, generous maternity and paternity leave policies, and discounted public transportation tickets.
