Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless communication between patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming patient care, ensuring a positive first impression of our practice.
  • Manage patient diaries, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling of appointments.
  • Work closely with our dental team to understand treatment options and provide expert advice to patients.
  • Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other organizations to ensure smooth operations.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and work to a high level of service.
  • Ability to learn and become an expert on treatment options within the dental sector.
  • Passion for driving practice success and seizing opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized way, following established processes.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn SOE software.
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to work in a composed manner and show resilience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong team player skills.
