Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless communication between patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming patient care, ensuring a positive first impression of our practice.
- Manage patient diaries, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling of appointments.
- Work closely with our dental team to understand treatment options and provide expert advice to patients.
- Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other organizations to ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and work to a high level of service.
- Ability to learn and become an expert on treatment options within the dental sector.
- Passion for driving practice success and seizing opportunities.
- Ability to work in a structured and organized way, following established processes.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn SOE software.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work in a composed manner and show resilience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong team player skills.
