  • Regular site visits (3-5 sites at any one time) to monitor progress and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Induct operatives on sites and ensure all necessary documents and requirements are in place.
  • Provide clear direction to sub-contractors and maintain quality standards to ensure site handover meets pre-agreed contract specifications.
  • Collaborate with the wider team during regular office visits to drive operational efficiency.

About You:

  • A strong background in project coordination, ideally within the timber frame industry.
  • Effective communication skills to motivate operatives, clients, and colleagues.
  • The ability to write clear reports identifying labour, delivery, and plant requirements, as well as variance in the programme.
  • Proficiency in reading working drawings.
