Senior Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plumber (Construction Projects) to join our team at RTL Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly.
• Oversee the work of junior plumbers and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect and approve plumbing work.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

• Qualified Plumber (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing (new builds, refurbishments etc.).
• Leadership and management experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid CSCS card (or equivalent).

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
