Join our team as a Learner Management Coordinator at Riverside Training and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and learner management services, working closely with our Learning & Development Coaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Checks: Verify learner sign-ups to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Invigilation: Prepare for and conduct examination invigilation in line with company policies, maintaining a secure and fair testing environment.
  • Certification: Oversee the claiming and distribution of learner certificates, ensuring they are sent to the correct address.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation and collation of paperwork required for external audits, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to assigned Learning & Development Coaches, enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Telephone Management: Answer telephone calls on behalf of the company, conveying messages clearly and professionally via email or Teams.
  • Office Organisation: Support office organisation tasks, including room preparation, ordering catering, stationery, and janitorial supplies.
  • Filing Systems: Maintain accurate and efficient physical and electronic office filing systems.
  • Professional Development: Engage in staff development opportunities and participate in continuous professional development activities.
  • Policy Adherence: Work in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, increasing to £27,500 after 2 years. You will also receive 29 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing to 31 days after 2 years.
