As a key player in the SIPP Pensions Team, you will be responsible for managing and administering a portfolio of clients, providing technical support to the Financial Planner, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

The Role

As an Account Manager at CleverHR, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional administration services for a portfolio of SIPPs (both SIPP Focus and other arrangements serviced by the SIPP team). You will also provide technical and administrative support to the Financial Planner, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and administer a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality administration services.
  2. Provide technical support to the Financial Planner, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, actuaries, accountants, Pension Trustees, HMRC, and other professionals.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  5. Contribute to the growth and success of CleverHR, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of the services provided by CleverHR to clients.
  2. Understanding of SIPP and associated products.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of SIPPs and their use in financial planning.
  4. Knowledge of financial services legislation relevant to the role.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work within level of authority and refer work when appropriate.
  7. Ability to create and maintain accurate computer-based records.
