Healthcare Delivery Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Delivery Lead at NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of effective change management, horizon-scanning to spot innovation opportunities to transform and improve health and care services.
The successful candidate will have experience of commissioning services in health and/or social care sector and significant experience of managing projects and delivering them within agreed timescales and budgets. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to negotiate on difficult and contentious issues including performance and change.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting collaborative arrangements and negotiations with providers, as part of the transformation, delivery and improvement function. You will also provide expertise of best practice change and project management methodologies.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and intermediate keyboard skills. They will also be able to plan over the short, medium and long-term altering plans to fit with the rapidly changing environment.
