We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, providing support to adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality, person-centered support to individuals, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective health and wellbeing outcomes, addressing any emerging issues or concerns.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the organization, supporting business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and reputation.
- Level 3 Social Care qualification or equivalent.
- Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care.
- Experience in care or support settings, particularly with people with complex needs.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and principles.
