Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our team at NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with relevant experience of delivering transformation and change management within and across a health and care system.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the commissioning function, including planning, assessment of needs, service development/implementation, contracting, performance management/service improvement across health and social care.

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference in healthcare and has excellent communication and project management skills. As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of specific work streams and programmes in relation to health and care transformation and delivery.

  • Managing the set-up and delivery of services and projects, working with colleagues and subject matter experts on the strategic planning, scoping, design, and delivery.
  • Deliver service change/redesign linked to requirements from NHS England and NHS Improvement which are complex in nature and that supports system transformation.
