We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, managing a team of care staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team of care staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care
- To develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- To ensure the smooth operation of the care home, including administrative tasks and maintenance
- To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, or healthcare management)
- Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., NMC or HCPC)
- Experience in care management or leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
